Frank Pepe Pizzeria Napoletana introduces Spring Special pie, sangria

Frank Pepe Pizzeria Napoletana, known as Pepe’s Pizza, has debuted its Spring Special pie. It’s topped with mozzarella, slightly sweet roasted tomatoes, spinach and bacon, and finished with grated Pecorino Romano and a drizzle of olive oil.

“The Spring Special is a delicious experience, from biting into the juicy roasted tomatoes to savoring the richness of the mozzarella and enjoying the satisfying crunch of the bacon and spinach,” Jennifer Bimonte-Kelly, granddaughter of founder Frank Pepe, said in the press release. “Our new pie captures the essence of spring, with fresh and flavorful ingredients that leave lasting impressions on our guests.”

The brand also releases Vino Dulce, an Italian sangria mixed in-house.

“Frank Pepe’s is always experimenting with new and enticing flavors, and our Vino Dulce is no exception” Bimonte-Kelly added. “The recipe was such a hit with our guests in Plantation, Florida, we knew we had to share this delicious blend of premium red and white wine and fresh fruit juices with all our fans across the Northeast.”

Pepe’s Pizza has 15 locations along the Northeast.
