PDQ offers chef-driven recipes and mindful ingredients typically found in a fine casual restaurant with the value, speed and convenience of the fast food and fast casual segment. In 2022, it was named one of QSR Magazine’s Best Brands to Work For, and is the five-time reigning champion of Best Chicken Sandwich in Tampa Bay.

Chief Strategy Officer
Chris Lybeer is the chief strategy and marketing officer of Revel Systems. Chris brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in the retail technology industry to Revel. Prior to joining Revel Chris served as the COO for Kredible, a digital marketing company which was acquired by AdvisorEngine and as the VP of strategic development for NCR, focusing on innovation, partnerships, and M&A. Over 15 years with Radiant Systems, Chris held a variety of roles including president of the Specialty Retail Division and EVP of the Convenience Store Division. Chris started out his career as a computer engineer with NCR and ultimately led the entire software development organization for their retail business. Chris is passionate about driving customer satisfaction while also continuously bringing value and innovation to market.
Chief Operating Officer
Long-time restaurant veteran Eric Knott oversees all operations efforts for the award-winning PDQ restaurant brand, which has 62 locations across five states. Knott started with PDQ in 2010 prior to the opening of its first location in Tampa in October, 2011. He served on the team for the initial opening and then handled leadership duties as operating director for the second location in Wesley Chapel, Florida in June, 2012. Knott was quickly elevated to market director, overseeing numerous stores in the Tampa Bay area and then transitioning to the same role in the Carolinas, New Jersey and South Florida. Knott served as a PDQ Regional vice president from 2017-2020 before being promoted to director of operations. He has successfully led the PDQ team for more than 40 store openings during his tenure. Prior to joining the PDQ team, Knott spent 12 years with Outback Steakhouse, swiftly rising through the ranks from his start as a kitchen manager to a managing partner, including his honor as a Board of Directors winner in 2007. He also won the Corporate Tech of the Year award in 2003. Knott resides in Tampa and enjoys golf in his free time.
