How A Growing Chicken Concept is Driving Results Through a World-Class Customer Experience

From the top down, fast casual concept PDQ (which stands for People Dedicated to Quality) knows a thing or two about creating a positive customer experience.

PDQ offers chef-driven recipes and mindful ingredients typically found in a fine casual restaurant with the value, speed and convenience of the fast food and fast casual segment. In 2022, it was named one of QSR Magazine’s Best Brands to Work For, and is the five-time reigning champion of Best Chicken Sandwich in Tampa Bay.

In recent years, the PDQ team has also placed an emphasis on speed of service across the many ordering channels fast casual diners appreciate today, including drive thru, dine in, to-go, and direct to consumer through their native app. Join this webinar to find out how PDQ incorporates a healthy mix of automation, training, and of course, technology adoption, in their service strategy.

Hosted by Networld Media Group, join Revel Chief Strategy Officer Chris Lybeer and PDQ Chief Operating Officer Eric Knott as they explore using technology as an accelerator to prioritize the needs of today’s fast casual consumer.
