Chicago-based Lou Malnati’s is offering a BBQ Chicken Pizza on its spring menu. The pizza is available for a limited time and is available in deep dish or the brand’s Chicago Thin Crust, according to a press release.
Malnati’s BBQ Chicken Pizza combines Lou’s signature crust and Wisconsin mozzarella cheese, and features smoky chicken, red onion and a blend of the company’s tomato and home-made sweet “Bar-B-Lou” sauces. The pizza is topped with a sprinkling of cheddar cheesed.
“Here at Lou’s, our passion for pizza runs deep, and we’re committed to delivering culinary innovations that wow our customers,” Marc Malnati, owner of Lou Malnati’s, said in the press release. “We’re proud of mastering yet another Chicago-style pizza and can’t wait to welcome customers to try our take on BBQ Chicken Pizza at their local Lou’s or at TastesofChicago.com.”
The pizza is available for dine-in, carryout or delivery.
Lou Malnati’s operates more than 75 locations.
