Parlour Pizza, based in Louisville, Kentucky, is launching franchising, according to a report in the Courier Journal.
The brand first opened in Jeffersonville, Indiana, which is across the Ohio River from Louisville, in 2017.
“We grew and expanded Parlour during COVID, which sounds a little crazy,” Don Robinson, CEO and president, told the news outlet. “We really started seeing the vision early last year and decided we had a concept we could really build on. We saw something this segment was lacking, not only locally but regionally and nationally.”
The brand has seen success — 44% growth YoY — since opening. Robinson said he’ll have two signed territory agreements weighing in at five to 15 stores.
